Here is our yummy, low sugar, pizza recipe. Give it a try!
300g Self Raising Flour
220ml milk (approximately)
½ teaspoon salt.
Mix the flour and butter with your fingers to a breadcrumb consistency.
Then add the remaining ingredient into the bowl and mix into a dough.
Put the dough onto a floured surface and give it a good knead.
Place the flattened dough onto a greased baking tray.
Put a thin layer of tomato paste onto the flattened dough (check it is low sugar variety of tomato paste, or home made).
Top the pizza with whatever topping you want (low fructose), a couple of options could be any type of meat or cheese.
Put the pizza into a pre heated oven at 210'C / 410'F / gas mark 7 and bake for about 10 minutes, depending on the topping.
Enjoy your pizza hot or cold.
