Crustless Cheese and Bacon Quiche

Crustless bacon and cheese quiche


100 ml milk

4 eggs

4 rashers bacon

30g strong cheddar cheese


½ onion


Fry the bacon and onion together in a pan until the bacon is cooked and onion browned.

Beat together the egg, milk, cheese in a bowl

Add the bacon, onion and seasoning

Put the mixture in a 20cm cake tin (silicone cake tin  is easiest to get the quiche out when cooked)

Cook for about 20 minutes at 180’c  (160’c fan) gas mark 4

You’ll know it cooked when it is firm in the centre.


Feel free to add other low fructose or fructose free ingredients.
