Pancakes

Ingredients

300g self-raising flour (sifted)

35g dextrose

1 teaspoon baking powder

375ml milk

3 lightly beaten eggs

50g butter melted then cooled

Method

Mix the flour, dextrose and baking powder together in a bowl

Mix the eggs and milk in a jug

Add the butter eggs and milk to the dry ingredients and mix together.

Heat your frying pan (greased or non-stick)

Pour a pancake sized amount of the batter into the frying pan and cook on both sides.

Serve with your choice of topping or filling (fructose free)
